“Proof of citizenship is no longer a requirement to become President of the United States.”
Bob Parks at Black & Right notes today that a Clinton appointed judge in Philly has thrown out Attorney Phillip J. Berg’s suit demanding proof of Barack Obama’s citizenship. Parks comments: (emphasis added)
Well, if there was ever something to the whole Barack Obama birth certifcate controversy, we’ll never know the truth….Precedent has now been set. Proof of citizenship is no longer a requirement to become President of the United States. It’s now “unreasonable” to request an authentic birth certificate be presented from the place of its issuance.
While the US Constitution is clear in it’s requirements, and it shouldn’t be considered unreasonable for a candidate who’s raised over $150 million to spend less than $20 to have a birth certificate FedEx’d from Hawaii to a judge in Philadelphia, it looks like the law is in the eye of the beholder.

Andy Martin hasn’t given up though.

Handled right, the Fed District Court throwing out Berg for lack of standing can present a political check-mate “win” on appeal for the anti-Obama side (if not in law, in the Court of Public Opinion). Here’s how: SIMPLY SPREAD AROUND OBAMA’S APPELLATE BRIEF HAVING TO ARGUE AGAINST AN AMERICAN VOTER’S RIGHT TO RAISE THE QUESTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. Should be a PR disaster for the Dems and Obama!!!

This is very important because it is a REQUIREMENT in our CONSTITUTION! Oh yeah, I forgot, The Constitution does not mean a damn thing to Democrats!

it seems to me that the only goverment entity that can intervene is congress as to laws of our constitution so all and any references to birth certificate legalities are going to be silenced by our own goverment we the people no longer are considered to be part of our own goverment our voices have not been heard and will never be when they care more for there own agenda we are like a ant in there big world of crooks and swindlers where laws can be broken and written to hide there mistakes and or ideas all we are asking for is simple proof we as united states citizens deserve that much so many voices and nobody listening sounds like we are a minority in our own country this not freedom it is goverment controlled country
