I’ve noticed that if you try to say “hedge fund” several times quickly it may come out “head fudge”*. I’ve decided this is an appropriate term for certain Democrats whose craniums are stuffed with tired plans, slogans, and nostrums from earlier Democrat Party playbooks. Today’s nomination for Joe Head Fudge goes to Joe Biden:
